With over four decades of experience, John pledges to utilize the latest in financial planning technology and to provide applications-based concepts which can assist you towards the achievement of your goals. John offers comprehensive financial plans that include personal savings and investments, and a detailed risk management strategy. He is registered to conduct business in about half of the 50 states.
Originally from New Jersey, John attended Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army through Lehigh University’s ROTC program in 1983. After completing the Signal Officers Basic Course, the Communications-Electronics Staff Officer Course, and Army Airborne Training, he was stationed in Korea from 1984-1985. In 1986, he was honorably discharged from the Army and entered the financial services industry, where he worked for four different companies in four different countries in various positions, including financial advisor, Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction (OSJ), registered principal, partner, and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) – all while simultaneously earning his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in 2007. He also earned his Certified Financial Fiduciary (CFF®) in early 2024.
He is married and the father of a 16-year-old daughter. In his spare time, he loves to cook with his family. John is also a triathlete and likes to bike, run, hike and swim to stay active. He enjoys perfecting his German and Italian speaking skills. John remains involved in military veteran affairs by committing his time and money to support veteran initiatives.
